Alfa-Bank acted as the sole organizer, one of the original creditors and the credit manager of a syndicated loan with several borrowers for the Selo Zelenoe agro-industrial holding. This is stated in the message of the bank.
The agreement is concluded for five years, the funds raised will be used to finance general corporate purposes and refinance existing loans.
Alfa-Bank's share in the syndicate was 50%. In addition to Alfa-Bank, the syndicate includes two more banks.
