ALROSA will not pay dividends for 2025

The Supervisory Board of ALROSA, including representatives of Yakutia, recommended to the shareholders' meeting not to distribute profits by the end of 2025. This is stated in the company's message.

The meeting was held on June 10. The shareholders supported the recommendation of the Supervisory Board of the company.

When making the decision, they took into account, among other things, the unprecedented challenges facing the company and the diamond industry as a whole, the continuing economic uncertainty, and the need to implement an investment program that will ensure stable production capacity in the long term. At the same time, the head of Yakutia emphasized the importance of the diamond industry for the republic.

As a reminder, no dividends were paid in 2024. At the same time, ALROSA shareholders decided to distribute profits and losses for 2023, in particular, they approved dividends in the amount of 14.88 billion rubles. or 2.02 rubles per share.

ALROSA (TIN 1433000147) is the largest diamond mining company. The main mining assets are located in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and the Arkhangelsk Region.

The shareholders are: on behalf of the Russian Federation — the Federal Agency for State Property Management — 33.0256%, on behalf of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) — the Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) — 25.0002%, other legal entities and individuals (free circulation) — 33.9739%, district administrations (uluses) The Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), in which the joint—stock company operates - 8.0003%.

By the end of 2022, the AK&M rating agency awarded ALROSA the highest rating of RESG 1 for sustainability reporting, which determines the maximum level of information disclosure in corporate non-financial reporting.

According to RA AK&M, by the end of 2024, the company is among the leaders of the eighth rating of social efficiency, as well as the fifth rating of responsibility of the largest Russian companies to society.

ALROSA's revenue in 2025 amounted to more than 240 billion rubles. The company has placed more than 56 million carats of diamond reserves on its balance sheet.
