Dover Corp., an American industrial products company, has completed the acquisition of Sikora AG, a German manufacturer of instrumentation and precision technologies. This is reported in a press release from Dover.
In early May 2025, Dover entered into an agreement to acquire Sikora for 550 million euros in order to replenish its asset portfolio and expand its product line using cross-sales and close collaboration with OEM partners.
Upon closing of the transaction, Sikora will be integrated into the operational division of MAAG within the Pumps&Process Solutions segment. Sikora offers advanced solutions for the production of wires, cables, pipes, plastics, and optical fibers and is experiencing double-digit organic growth driven by the growing demand for high-performance electrification systems, including data centers.
Dover is an American industrial products company with annual revenue of over $7 billion. The company supplies innovative equipment and components, consumables, software and digital solutions. The staff includes 24,000 people in five segments — Engineered Products, Clean Energy&Fueling, Imaging&Identification, Pumps&Process Solutions and Climate & Sustainability Technologies. The headquarters is located in Downers Grove, Illinois.
Sikora AG is a German private company producing control and measuring equipment and control technologies for the industrial production of wires, cables, pipes, plastics and optical fibers. Revenue is $1.87 billion. The headquarters is located in Bremen (Germany).
