Unical Aviation, Inc., one of the largest American suppliers of components for the aerospace industry, has entered into an agreement to acquire ecube Solutions, a British developer of solutions for aircraft owners. This is reported in the Unical press release.
The deal is in line with Unical's strategy aimed at expanding the company in Europe, Africa and the Middle East (EMEA), as well as strengthening its position in the market for integrated solutions in the aerospace industry, taking into account Unical's expanded engine manufacturing business.
After closing the deal, ecube Solutions will join the Unical Group structure as an independent division under its own brand, paying special attention to the implementation of strategic plans and optimization of the cost of each aircraft for customers.
Unical Aviation is a manufacturer of aircraft components. The company is one of the largest suppliers of new and supported equipment for the commercial aerospace industry. Unical has an engine manufacturing division and 145 partner repair facilities that provide large airlines and equipment manufacturers with a full range of spare parts sales and maintenance services. The headquarters is located in Glendale (Arizona).
ecube is a company developing technological solutions for aircraft owners and operators that allow them to respond to market opportunities and maximize returns on assets. The main divisions of the company are located in the UK, Spain and the USA. The headquarters are located in St. Athan (Wales, United Kingdom) with additional facilities in Castellon (Spain) and Coolidge Municipal Airport (Arizona).
