Bank HOUSE.The Russian Federation will finance a large-scale modernization of the Maple Grove Park-hotel in the Penza region in the amount of 1.3 billion rubles. The funds are provided under the program of preferential loans for the creation of tourist facilities, implemented by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. This is stated in the bank's message.
The project provides for the construction of an aquathermal complex with an indoor swimming pool, thermal baths, a spa complex, a gym, a children's play area, a conference room, and a new restaurant. The aquathermal complex can be visited by up to 1,500 people per day.
The complex will be connected to the hotel buildings by a system of warm passages, the number of rooms of which will increase significantly. Thus, it is planned to build two-storey hotel buildings with 124 rooms of 4-star classification. Modernization and construction of engineering networks, creation of eco-parking lots and landscaping will improve the comfort of guests of the park-hotel.
The projects that are currently being implemented with the participation of the bank under the program of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation will increase the country's 4-5-star hotel fund by more than 5.5 thousand rooms.
