Consumer prices in the Russian Federation for the week from April 8 to April 14 increased by 0.11%, from the beginning of the month – by 0.27%, from the beginning of the year – by 2.99%. Annual inflation was 10.38%. This is evidenced by the materials of the Ministry of Economic Development.
During the week from April 8 to April 14, prices for food products increased by 0.19%, for fruit and vegetable products – by 1.1%. Potatoes rose in price by 3.5%. Tomatoes have become 0.6% cheaper. Prices for food products, excluding fruit and vegetable products, increased by 0.11%.
Prices for non-food products decreased by 0.04% this week. Electrical and household appliances have become cheaper by 1%. Medicines increased in price by 0.2%. Gasoline and diesel fuel have become 0.1% more expensive.
