Consumer prices in the Russian Federation increased by 0.23% in the week from September 30 to October 6, by 0.2% since the beginning of October, and by 4.53% since the beginning of the year. Since the beginning of the year, inflation has been 8.08%. This is reported in the materials of the Ministry of Economic Development.
During the week from September 30 to October 6, food products rose in price by 0.31%, including fruit and vegetable products – by 1.1%. Prices for food products, excluding fruit and vegetable products, increased by 0.24%.
Non-food products rose in price by 0.23% over the week. Gasoline prices increased by 0.9%, diesel fuel – by 0.4%. Prices for electrical and household appliances decreased by 0.2%, for clothes and underwear - by 0.4%, shoes – by 0.1%. In the segment of observed services, the price growth rate was 0.08%.
