APRI bought the Attraction project for 1.7 billion rubles

The equity capital of the APRI Group decreased in the first half of 2025 as a result of the repurchase of a partner's share in one of the company's priority projects, Attraction (Chelyabinsk). The company has consolidated 100% in this project. The cost of acquiring the share amounted to 1.7 billion rubles. at a market valuation of 1.9 billion rubles. In addition, in the second quarter of 2025, a deal was concluded to sell a 50% stake in the authorized capital of a subsidiary developer for 480 million rubles (a project in the city of Zheleznovodsk) to a specialized financial investor. The project management remained with PJSC APRI.

APRI is a developer in the Chelyabinsk region. The company specializes in industrial and tourist regions.

The beneficial owner is Timofey Karabintsev.

Shareholders as of December 31, 2024: E.Bugrova (11.04%), T.Karabintsev (34.71%), A.Ivanov (7.55%), L.Bukreeva (17.67%), A.Hovakimyan (15.02%), others — 14.01%.

LTM APRI Group's net profit under IFRS as of June 30, 2025 decreased by 10.9% to 2.3 billion rubles. compared to a year earlier. LTM revenue for all the group's projects increased by 41% and reached 22.7 billion rubles. LTM EBITDA increased by 10.5% to RUB 6.9 billion. The Group's equity has decreased by 6.3% since the beginning of the year.
