Revenue increased by 86% to 2.5 billion rubles from 1.356 billion rubles. The adjusted OIBDA index showed a negative value of 409 million rubles against a negative 1.135 billion rubles a year earlier.

In June 2026, PJSC Arenadata Group increased its stake in its subsidiaries, the main operating company Arenadata Software LLC and Tera Integro LLC, to 100%. As part of the share exchange with minority shareholders of subsidiaries, the company converted preferred shares issued before the IPO (issue D) in the amount of 9.07 million shares, of which 7.436 million were exchanged.
Arenadata is a developer of infrastructure software for downloading, storing, analyzing, managing, and presenting data. The perimeter of the group includes four product and one service company, which jointly cover the basic needs of customers for working with data.
Arenadata's revenue for 2025 under IFRS increased by 46% to 8.753 billion rubles. compared to 6.015 billion rubles a year earlier. Licenses predominate in the revenue structure — 64%. Adjusted OIBDA increased by 44% to 3.156 billion rubles from 2.192 billion rubles. Net profit increased by 52% to 2.956 billion rubles from 1.938 billion rubles.
