Armenian fund Balchug Capital bought an office in St. Petersburg

The Balchug Capital Fund bought one of the largest business centers in St. Petersburg, Pulkovo Sky, from Finnish shareholders EKE Finance Oy (60%) and Vicus Oy (40%). The amount of the transaction was not disclosed. IBC Real Estate acted as a consultant to the transaction, the parties said in a statement.

The Pulkovo Sky Class A business Center is a premium facility with a total area of 76 thousand square meters, the report says.

Balchug Capital was founded in 2010. The head and founder of Balchug Capital is David Amaryan, who started his financial career in the USA, and now lives and works in Armenia.
