Centuria Capital Group, an Australian investment company, has acquired Arrow Funds Management, increasing its portfolio of agricultural assets by $444 million to $1.3 billion. This is reported in a Centuria press release.
The deal aims to expand Centuria's presence in the alternative real estate market through the acquisition of the Arrow Primary Infrastructure Fund and the Arrow Operations Trust, as well as 22 properties leased to major producers, including Baiada Poultry Group, Select Harvests and SunPork Group.
The deal is in line with Centuria's strategy of diversifying assets in the high-yield real estate segment and strengthening the company's agricultural division, as well as attracting private investor clients. Financing of the transaction involves the use of available funds and debt obligations.
