AVTOVAZ can buy 100% shares of RN Bank

Russian President Vladimir Putin has allowed AVTOVAZ to buy 100% of the shares of RN Bank owned by BARN B.V. The document is published on the Internet portal of legal information.

Earlier it became known that UniCredit Bank plans to withdraw from the capital of RN Bank. In particular, there was a question about the sale of a 40% stake in the authorized capital of BARN B.V.

The Dutch The Barn B.V. owns 100% of JSC "RN Bank" and is a joint company of UniCredit Bank (40%), as well as the French RCI Banque S.A. (a subsidiary of Renault S.A.) (30%) and the Japanese company Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. (30%).

RN Bank is a medium-sized bank in terms of assets and capital, its activities are focused on issuing car loans and factoring financing of car dealers, including at the expense of funds raised from shareholders.

UniCredit Bank (formerly International Moscow Bank, TIN 7710030411) was founded in 1989, specializes in servicing corporate and private clients, corporate financing and treasury operations. UniCredit Group (UniCredit S.p.A.) owns 100% of the voting shares.
