In the first quarter of 2021, Bank DOM.RF provided 14.5 thousand mortgage loans for a total amount of RUB 43.5 billion, which is almost 2.5 times higher than in January-March 2020. The bank's mortgage portfolio stood at RUB 211 billion the end of March (+5% year-on-year), the bank informed.
Since the start of 2021, the number of loan applications increased by 65% to about 90,000 applications amounting to RUB 185 billion.
