The amount of project financing to be provided by Bank DOM.RF to developers in Krasnodar krai will exceed RUB 55 billion. The bank's portfolio includes 19 regional equity construction projects involving escrow accounts. The total area of the housing to be commissioned exceeds 2 million sqm, the bank informed.
Bank DOM.RF is currently considering 26 applications for project financing in the amount of more than RUB 70 billion from developers.
