Bank DOM.RF finances projects of integrated development of territories (CRT) with a total urban development potential of 2.4 million sq. m. This is stated in the bank's message.
The bank is considering KRT projects with an urban development potential of 2.8 million square meters. m with a total limit of 113 billion rubles.
The CRT mechanism is beneficial to both investors and regions. It allows developers to shorten the project launch time, gives an understanding of the infrastructure load in advance. For the regions, the KRT is a "reset" of inefficiently used territories, the construction of residential areas with the necessary infrastructure in their place, which entails an increase in people's living standards.
