Bank DOM.RF, within the framework of the housing construction projects support program, has provided more than 1 billion rubles to the specialized developer ZHBI-ZHILSTROY 136 for the construction of two apartment buildings in Voronezh. This is stated in the bank's message.
18-storey buildings with a total area of 32 thousand square meters for 360 apartments will appear on Ostrogozhskaya str., 166/4. The building site is located in an area with developed infrastructure – kindergartens, a school, a polyclinic are within walking distance. It is planned to put the facilities into operation in the third quarter of 2023.
