Project financing was provided to the specialized developer Avangardnoye (part of the TVN Group of Companies). This is the fourth agreement between the bank and the TVN Group of companies. With the help of the bank's funds, the developer will build a comfort-class residential complex "Baltic Harbor". It will include 3 five-storey houses with 50 apartments each and a total area of 13.2 thousand square meters. m. It is planned to complete the construction of the first stage in the third quarter of 2024.
