Bank DOM.RF has provided project financing in the amount of 1.17 billion rubles to the specialized developer Dubrovinsky (part of the Sibiryak USC) for the construction of two buildings of the Dubensky residential complex in Krasnoyarsk. This is stated in the bank's message.
It is planned to put into operation facilities with a total area of 16 thousand square meters in the IV quarter of 2024.
Earlier, the bank signed an agreement with the Sibiryak construction company for more than 50 billion rubles to finance the construction of a new residential area as part of the renovation program of the combine plant in the center of Krasnoyarsk. About 30 houses with a total area of 1 million square meters will be built on a plot of 70 hectares. The Dubensky residential complex is part of this project.
