As part of the implementation of the integrated development of territories (CDT) project, the developer will build a comfort-class residential complex, as well as two kindergartens for 230 places, a school for 918 places and parking for more than 3 thousand cars in the Dzerzhinsky district of Orenburg. On the territory of the residential complex, it is planned to create educational playgrounds for children, green areas for recreation and walking, places for sports. In addition, the developer will be engaged in landscaping of the promenade boulevard connecting all the blocks.
