Bank DOM.RF has provided a specialized developer "AZGI" (part of the GC "New City") project financing in the amount of 3.1 billion rubles. for the construction of the third stage of the comfort-class residential complex "Aviator" in Irkutsk. This is stated in the bank's message.
With the funds received, the developer will build six block sections with a total area of 50 thousand sq. m. for 713 apartments. The residential complex will be located at the intersection of Piskunov, Shiryamova and Sovetskaya streets. The commissioning of the facility is scheduled for the first quarter of 2025.
The Aviator residential complex is being implemented with the funds of the Bank DOM.RF's project and is the largest residential project in Irkutsk. Almost 7.2 billion rubles have already been allocated for the first 2 stages.
According to the portal our.dom.rf on June 7, 2023, almost 800 thousand square meters of housing are being built in the Irkutsk region today, 95% – using escrow accounts.
