Bank DOM.RF has allocated the first tranche of a loan totaling 84 billion rubles to the developer GloraX. to begin construction of the Ecocity project Residence block in Kazan, the bank said in a statement.
The construction of the facility will be carried out in 6 stages and is scheduled to be completed by 2034. The first stage of the project will be commissioned in the second quarter of 2028. The block consists of eight-storey sections for 1,803 apartments with an average area of 63 sq. m.
