Blaze Minerals acquires North Spirit lithium project in Canada

Blaze Minerals Limited, an Australian gold mining company, has signed an agreement with the Canadian Exiro Minerals Corporation to acquire 100% of the North Spirit lithium project in Ontario (Canada). This is reported in the Blaze press release.

The North Spirit lithium project, whose mineral reserves are estimated at 58 million tons, is located in a promising region for the extraction of lithium pegmatites Red Lake (Ontario), where Frontier Lithium, Rock Tech Lithium and Ardiden Limited projects are being developed.  

Blaze will take over the management of the project, which represents an opportunity to diversify the portfolio of assets and use the growing demand for lithium as a key component for the transition to green energy.”

Blaze Minerals Limited is an Australian company for the exploration and development of nickel, gold and base metals deposits in Western Australia. The headquarters is located in Subiaco (Australia).

Exiro Minerals Corp is a Canadian exploration company headquartered in Toronto (Canada).
