Kazera Global plc, a British investment company, has entered into an agreement with PDNA Property Investments (Pty) Ltd to increase its share in two key mining enterprises in South Africa in order to optimize project management and strengthen its position in the South African market. This is reported in the Kazera press release.
The deal includes the acquisition of an additional 21% stake in Whale Head Minerals (Pty) Ltd and a 6% stake in Deep Blue Minerals (Pty) Ltd. for $60 thousand. The transaction is expected to be completed within a few days.
