The British investment company VH Global Energy Infrastructure plc has entered into an agreement with Victory Hill Midstream CV I, LP for the sale of two operating LNG storage terminals at the port of Brownsville in Texas. This is reported in a press release from VH Global.
The completion of the $134 million transaction is subject to standard closing conditions and two additional prerequisites, including the attraction of additional financing from syndicated investors and the extension of the main contract with clients.
From the point of view of VH Global Energy management, the transaction is the best option for shareholders in terms of maximizing value, reliability of execution and speed of monetization. VH Global Energy continues to sell its remaining assets in accordance with the company's adopted strategy.
