Magnit introduced a new concept of stores "at home" at the end of 2023. The focus of the updated CVP is the speed and convenience of purchases due to a more convenient customer path and the introduction of modern technological solutions (for example, self—service cash registers).
Currently, the updated concept includes five Magnit stores "at home" — three in Moscow, one each in St. Petersburg and Krasnodar.
By the end of the year, the retailer will open Magnit stores "at home" in an updated concept in both large cities and small towns with fewer than 100 thousand people in order to test various operational models and hypotheses and select the most effective ones for different locations and competitive conditions.
