Citylink switched to electronic checks. The opportunity to receive electronic checks instead of paper ones appeared to customers of retail stores of the chain on May 24. This is stated in the message of the retailer.
Now, upon receipt of an order at the pick-up point or upon delivery by courier, the buyer has the opportunity to receive a paper receipt or an electronic one. Regular customers will receive a receipt by email or phone number, new customers will need to provide a phone number at the checkout when completing the purchase.
An electronic receipt can be obtained for any category of goods – from a TV to a child car seat. At the same time, customers can contact the store at any time and receive a copy of a paper receipt, which can be printed at the checkout from the archive.
The return of the goods is carried out by the order number, a receipt is not required. If necessary, the company's employees can go to the platform to the operator of fiscal data and check the receipt online. All data on the sale is transferred to the tax service and stored in the OFD.
