Construction and road assets from the Krasnodar Territory will be sold again on August 17. Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until August 13, according to the GIS Bidding portal.
Participating in the sale are: 100% of LLC Arma-Line, LLC Krasnoarmeyskoye DRSU and 98% of the authorized capital of LLC PKF DTK.
The initial asset sale price is set at 10.1 billion rubles, the auction step is 1% or 101.05 million rubles.
Arma-Line LLC has been operating since 2000, engaged in the transportation of goods by specialized vehicles. The share price is 71.39 million rubles. In 2024, revenue decreased by 77.8% year-on-year to 216 thousand rubles, net profit amounted to 397 million rubles against a loss a year earlier.
LLC "Red Army road repair and Construction Department" it was registered in 2007. Performs road construction work. The share price is 5.2 billion rubles. Revenue for 2025 increased by 44.8% year-on-year to 7.24 billion rubles, net profit fell by 15.9% to 306.677 million rubles.
LLC "Production and Commercial Firm "Road Transport Company" was established in 2000 and since its foundation has specialized in performing a full range of road construction works. The share price is 4.827 billion rubles. Revenue for 2025 increased year—on-year by 83% to 8.07 billion rubles, net profit doubled to 147.6 million rubles.
