Credit Bank of Moscow has launched a joint mortgage lending program in partnership with Samolet Group, the bank informed.
The program makes it possible to purchase real property in one of the construction projects implemented by Semolet Group with a mortgage rate of 0.01%. The program provides for a downpayment of 20% of the cost of property. The maximum loan amount is RUB 12 million. The 0.01% rate is valid in the first year of the mortgage year. The loan period is up to 30 years.
Samolet Group is a developer operating in Moscow and Moscow region with a portfolio of projects exceeding 12 million square meters.
Credit Bank of Moscow (PJSC) (CBM, tax number: 7734202860) was established 1992. The bank's ultimate beneficial owner is Rossium Concern's founder Roman Avdeev.
