Detsky Mir does not plan to pay dividends for 2022

The Board of Directors of Detsky Mir recommended shareholders not to distribute net profit and not to pay dividends based on the results of the 2022 fiscal year. This is stated in the company's message.

The Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held in the form of absentee voting. The deadline for accepting ballots is June 30, 2023. The shareholders, among other things, will elect the board of directors and approve the auditor.

Recall that the board of directors of Detsky Mir recommended to the annual meeting of shareholders to decide not to pay final dividends for 2021. The volume of interim dividends paid for the first 9 months of 2021 amounted to 3.8 billion rubles, which corresponds to 5.2 rubles per ordinary share.
