The State Corporation Deposit Insurance Agency (DIA) selects partner companies that specialize in finding and foreclosing on assets of persons who controlled liquidated financial organizations (LFO). This is stated in the message of the DIA.
DIA offers to participate in the return of assets of former managers and beneficiaries of 251 LFO. The total amount of claims against them exceeds 1.5 trillion rubles.
The partner companies bear all financial costs of the litigation. They receive remuneration in the form of a percentage of the actual proceeds to the bankruptcy estate of the LFO based on the results of their work.
In total, applications from 17 companies to work with 42 financial institutions have been approved on the terms of judicial financing.
