Dmitry Grigorenko, Prime Minister of the Russian Federation and Head of the Government Staff, outlined priority digitalization projects for 2026. The focus will be on the implementation of the national project "Data Economics and Digital Transformation of the state" and top projects of the Ministry of Finance, the implementation of departmental digital transformation programs, the development of electronic public services, the MAX messenger and the GOSTECH platform. D.Grigorenko, following the results of the implementation of priority digitalization projects in 2025, noted changes in the approach to project management, which led to an increase in the level of achievement of planned activities to 99.9%, performance discipline and cash execution of projects (to 99.95%).
One of the important areas of work of the Cabinet of Ministers in the field of digitalization was the development of the portal of public services and online services.
In 2025, special attention will be paid to the quality of public services. During the year, 36 federal "life situations" were brought to the portal, 37 services were transferred online or to a proactive format of provision.
