Bank DOM.RF has opened a credit line to the Gravion development company for the implementation of a large—scale hotel project on the Black Sea coast - the five-star Cialia Cosmos Selection Hotel in Sochi in the Adler district. The volume of project financing will amount to 35.5 billion rubles.
The project involves the creation of an all-season premium resort with the region's first longevity ecosystem. The total construction area will be 107 thousand square meters, and the site, together with infrastructure facilities, will occupy 4.5 hectares. The facility is scheduled to be commissioned in 2029.
