Bank DOM.RF portfolio of project financing for housing construction in the Southern Federal District (SFD) reached 147 billion rubles in 2024. This was announced at the online conference "Housing Construction Development in the Southern Federal District" by the director of the Regional Corporate Business division of Bank DOM.RF Evgeny Elfimov, the bank said in a statement.
As noted by E.Elfimov, Bank DOM.RF finances housing construction in five regions of the Southern Federal District. In 2024, the bank concluded 15 new deals with developers with a limit of 54.3 billion rubles. Almost 1 million square meters will be built with these funds. The number of housing units in the south of Russia is more than 15.5 thousand new apartments. The bank finances the most housing in the Krasnodar Territory, Rostov and Volgograd regions.
In 2024, the bank concluded the first transactions for financing CRT projects in the Southern Federal District — in the Rostov and Volgograd regions — totaling 12 billion rubles. The urban development potential for these projects is 230 thousand square meters. m.
The Bank approved credit limits for the construction of two large tourism projects in Sochi and Krasnaya Polyana in the amount of 7.8 billion rubles. with a total number of 400 rooms.
