The bank will open a credit line to the developer in the amount of 13.8 billion rubles. The project provides for the construction of 4 multi-family residential buildings from 7 to 16 floors with a total area of 158 thousand square meters. m. Construction will be carried out in 4 stages, commissioning of the first stage is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027, the project is scheduled to be fully completed in 2032.
