Bank DOM.RF has approved financing for the construction of a business-class hotel complex in Kislovodsk in the amount of almost 2.8 billion rubles. This is stated in the message of the bank.
The complex will be managed by a single hotel operator. The construction permit for the complex has already been received, and the planned commissioning date is 2027.
Bank DOM.RF JSC (until December 13, 2018, JSCB Rossiyskiy Kapital) - finances housing construction projects using escrow accounts in all regions of the Russian Federation. The sole shareholder of JSC "Bank DOM.RF" is JSC "DOM.Russian Federation".
