Bank DOM.RF will finance the construction of a large Mandarin Garden hotel complex in Sochi for almost 35 billion rubles. This is stated in the message of the bank.
The area of the hotel complex will be 100 thousand square meters. The project provides for the construction of almost 800 hotel rooms, commercial premises, parking spaces.
