DOM Bank. In the first 9 months of 2025, the Russian Federation concluded 106 new project financing transactions totaling 846 billion rubles in 49 regions. This is stated in the message of the bank.
With these funds, more than 8 million square meters will be built. The bank's total project financing portfolio has reached 7.1 trillion rubles, which will allow for the implementation of housing construction projects with a total area of more than 80 million square meters.
Following the results of 9 months of 2025, 87 CRT projects are being implemented in 32 regions of the Russian Federation with the support of the bank. The total urban development potential of these projects exceeds 15.3 million square meters, and the total amount of approved funding limits is 1.74 trillion rubles. Since July, the figures have increased by 600 thousand square meters and by 80 billion rubles, respectively.
