Bank DOM.RF has approved bank guarantees in the amount of 25 billion rubles in favor of the Moscow Renovation Fund to one of the key general contractors of the fund in terms of the volume of contracts concluded – the Politekhstroy-Svargo group of companies. This is stated in the message of the bank.
Within this limit, the company has already been provided with bank guarantees for 4.2 billion rubles for the renovation project of the Moscow housing stock. The guarantees ensure the fulfillment of the general contractor's obligations for the construction of more than 2 million square meters, the total cost of the project is about 376 billion rubles.
Bank DOM.RF JSC (until December 13, 2018, JSCB Russian Capital) provides financing for housing construction projects using escrow accounts in all regions of the Russian Federation. The sole shareholder of JSC "Bank DOM.RF" is JSC "DOM.Russian Federation".
