Bank DOM RF has allocated 24.8 billion rubles for the implementation of the integrated territorial development project in the Republic of Dagestan. With these funds, the specialized developer Kaspiy will build 324 thousand square meters of real estate in the Hippodrome neighborhood of Makhachkala on the shore of the Caspian Sea. This is stated in the message of the bank.
The CRT mechanism helps to create a comfortable environment with modern housing, landscaping and all necessary infrastructure.
"The new residential district in Makhachkala will be the first KRT project implemented with the support of Bank DOM RF in Dagestan. More than 5,000 apartments will be built here. Important components of the project will be a new sports and recreation complex and a center for additional education. Thanks to the comprehensive development of this territory, new modern and comfortable housing with developed infrastructure will appear in the capital of the republic," said the Deputy Chairman of the Board of DOM Bank.Russian Federation Anton Medvedev.
The social infrastructure of the future microdistrict has already been partially launched: the Moryachok kindergarten with 200 places is open. A school for 1,224 students will be opened in 2023. Ak-Gel Lake with a landscaped park and the Makhachkala Museum is 3.5 km away. The neighborhood's transport connectivity will be provided by two highways — Nasrutdinov Avenue and highway 82K-037, running along the coast of the Caspian Sea. The center of Makhachkala is 8.5 km away, and the satellite city of Kaspiysk is 9 km away.
