Bank DOM.RF has launched a new intelligent navigation system that will help customers find the nearest available ATMs faster, even in the event of technical failures or lack of communication. This is stated in the message of the bank.
The new solution analyzes the ATM network status in real time and offers the customer the optimal route. When searching, several parameters are taken into account at once: the distance to the device, its operability, accessibility to customers, as well as the availability of the necessary bills for cash withdrawal. Thanks to this, the user receives information not just about the nearest ATM, but about the one that is really most convenient to use.
One of the features of the development is the ability to work offline: in case of temporary loss of communication, the system continues to display information about the nearest ATMs thanks to the local cache, which is automatically updated every hour. This allows you to maintain correct navigation even in the absence of network access.
The solution also provides for flexible configuration of search parameters: the number of ATMs displayed, the search radius, and other criteria may vary depending on usage scenarios.
The development was another step in the development of the technological infrastructure of DOM Bank.It is aimed at improving the quality of customer service in the Russian Federation. This solution will provide more convenient access to the ATM network and increase the reliability of customer service even in non-standard situations. The system is currently being prepared for scaling to the entire ATM network of Bank DOM.RF.
