Bank DOM.RF has increased the limit on financing the construction of the residential complex "New Yalta" to 2.8 billion rubles under the agreement on the integrated development of the territory in the Leninsky district of Tomsk. This is stated in the message of the bank.
The project is scheduled to be completed in 2028. Earlier, the bank allocated 2.1 billion rubles for this project, and the amount was increased due to the expansion of the project.
The residential complex "New Yalta" is being implemented by the development company GC "Unit" on a site 4 km from the center of Tomsk. The complex consists of two buildings with a height of 16 and 23 floors. The complex has 541 apartments of various layouts from 21 to 57 sq. m.
