Bank DOM.RF is expanding the geography of transactions for lending to residential housing contractors using the escrow mechanism and using housing certificates, which are issued to privileged categories of citizens. The Yaroslavl Region became the new region in which such a mechanism began to work. The Bank has financed an IHS contractor to build a private house using a housing certificate in the village of Vatolino. This is stated in the message of the bank.
The total cost of building the house is almost 7.6 million rubles, while 1.7 million rubles were covered by a certificate issued under the federal program "Young Family". The recipients of the certificate are a young family with two children. They ordered the construction of a two-storey house with an area of 121 sq. m. At the moment, the contractor has built a warm contour of the house, and it is planned to complete the construction by October.
Under the terms of the Young Family program, you can receive a subsidy for the purchase of housing in the form of a housing certificate, which covers 30-35% of the cost of housing. To obtain a certificate, you must meet the age restrictions (up to 35 years old), be recognized as needing better housing conditions and have sufficient income to repay the remaining amount.
At the moment, the Bank is Bank DOM.RF has provided contractors with financing for the construction of private homes with escrow for 13.7 billion rubles, which allows them to build more than 317 thousand square meters of housing.
