The construction of a comfort-class residential complex "BelArt" is underway in the Kalininsky district of St. Petersburg. The funds of project financing in the amount of about 14 billion rubles were provided to the RSTI holding company by Bank DOM.RF . This is stated in the message of the bank.
There are 1,793 apartments in the complex, ranging from studios to four—room apartments with a variety of layouts and increased ceiling heights on the upper floors. According to the results of the project, the total area of the complex will be more than 120 thousand square meters, and about 3 thousand residents will live in it.
