Bank DOM.RF has approved a loan in the amount of 4.6 billion rubles. to implement a project for the construction of a business class residential complex "Geos" in Ufa. The borrower is LLC SZ Business Center, part of the Brig Development group of companies, one of the largest developers in the region. This is stated in the message of the bank.
The project involves the construction of a house with a total area of 58 thousand square meters, of which 29.8 thousand square meters will be housing. Construction permits were obtained in the fall of 2025, and the project is scheduled to be completed in 2029.
