This volume of lending will be provided thanks to the additional limit of "umbrella" guarantees provided by DOM Bank.The Russian Federation by the SME Corporation. For the third quarter of 2025, the limit of umbrella guarantees is 305 million rubles. The bank has already allocated almost 50 million rubles to support the business.
The umbrella guarantee allows small businesses to increase the volume of loans from the bank due to the fact that the SME Corporation provides up to 50% of the loan amount with its guarantee.
The most active "umbrella" guarantees are in DOM Bank.The Russian Federation is registered by enterprises of trade – more than 45%, production – almost 20%, as well as agriculture and services.
