An auction for the sale of the Domina Pulkovo hotel complex with apartments in the Moskovsky district of St. Petersburg will be held on December 23 at the RAD Lot-online ETP. This was announced by the RADA.
The transaction outline includes 100% of the shares of Pulkovo Sky LLC, the owner of the Domina Pulkovo 5* hotel with 253 rooms, and 100% of the shares of Status Management Company, the operator managing the hotel and 4* apartments with 470 units located in the same complex (the apartments are under long—term lease — 15 years — from the hotel operator). The lot also includes 83 non-residential premises that are part of the hotel.
The initial price is 6.2 billion rubles.
The building is a 70-meter 22-storey skyscraper, built according to the standards of the French hotel chain Accor, which was directly involved in the design and technical support of the project at all stages. The total area of the complex is 43 75 thousand square meters. m. The hotel occupies 17.66 thousand square meters, apartments are located on 12.38 thousand square meters. m.
