The businessman and his partners withdrew from the capital of the manufacturer of soft drinks "Uni Pak". Since October 13, 2025, Egor Kulikov has become the sole owner of the eponymous LLC.
E.Agalarov bought a soft drinks factory in Mozhaisk in the spring of 2022. This is the former Spaso-Borodinsky Waters enterprise. Then he established Uni Pak LLC at the address of this plant. Before that, the drinks were bottled at the facilities of the brewing company in Germany.
In October 2022, the co-owners of Berg Energy from Azerbaijan became partners of E.Agalarov in this business. This company produced energy products in its country under the Berg brand. At that time, E.Agalarov had 25% left, and Khayal Abbasadze, Fuad Aliyev and Nail Agayev each owned the same amount.
Uni Pak produced Dobry lemonades (produced by Moulton Partners), Go Champ energy (Fitroo company), Lit Energy (Lit Energy by blogger Mikhail Litvin and his partners), and so on.
E.Kulikov is engaged in wholesale trade on marketplaces. He also owns the IT Empire company, which develops software and software.
