TMK has created a unified remuneration system that covers over 50,000 employees at 28 enterprises in 15 regions of Russia, which has improved staff efficiency. This was stated by Elena Pozolotina, Deputy General Director for Human Resources Management, during the Forbes conference "The New Reality of Management: a forum of leaders, CEOs and HR directors," the company said in a statement.

The system is based on a single tariff schedule that unites all employees into 20 job groups. The main feature is an objective assessment of positions according to uniform criteria. More than 7 thousand different positions are registered in the system, which are regularly re-evaluated, which allows us to fairly determine the level of remuneration.

The system has proven its effectiveness over 10 years of operation and has allowed creating a single transparent field for the development and promotion of employees within the company. The introduction of the system has also led to income equalization between different categories of personnel with comparable qualifications and responsibilities, as well as eliminated the gender pay gap.

TMK is an industrial engineering company, supplier of pipe solutions, structural materials and related services. TMK shares are traded on the Moscow Stock Exchange.
