On January 14, 2021, the Bank of Russia made a decision on the state registration of additionally issued ordinary shares of Energomashbank, Plc. Following the offering of the securities the bank's authorized capital will increase by RUB 500 million, the bank informed.
The decision to increase the bank's authorized capital by RUB 500 million by issuing additional ordinary shares was taken by the shareholders of Energomashbank, Plc at their extraordinary general meeting at the end of December 2020. The additionally issued shares will be placed by private offering to the main shareholders of the bank. The offering of the additional issue is planned to be completed in the first quarter of 2021. The additional issue is assigned registration number 10200052B013D.
In November 2020, the shareholders already increased the bank's authorized capital by RUB 640.2 million through the offering of additional ordinary shares.
