ER-Telecom Holding joined the company's capital in 2020, buying 4.9% from the co-founders, and has since increased its stake to 55.9%. Now, after the deal, the share of participation has decreased to 25.1%. 30.8% has passed to another co—owner, the young company Siri Consulting LLC (owned by Artem Nechaev). The deal has not been completed yet, the package is secured by the previous owner, ER-Telecom.
